Selecting Your Varieties: For our living flats, you'll receive a text the Monday before delivery to select your four variety preferences, as well as any add-ons you'd like added to your order.

Home Deliveries: Deliveries will be made porch-side, even in winter. You'll receive a text with an ETA the day before delivery and another text when you're next on the route. For scheduling conflicts, we recommend a cooler on your porch, or arrangements with a neighbor. A cooler should fit 11"x11" on the inside for our living flats. 

 

Single Delivery or 12 Bundled Deliveries?: You'll be able to select either weekly, biweekly or monthly deliveries in a prepaid bundle of twelve deliveries; or a single one-time delivery.  A bundle will be the most cost-effective with a smaller (or no) delivery fee. Bundles will have the option to skip a delivery three times at no cost- making it easier if you're traveling or have a schedule conflict.

 

Container Swaps: In our delivery experience, customers could be inconsistent about returning their containers or remembering to put them outside. Luckily, later we'd get a stack of four old containers on the steps! So unlike at the farmers market container swaps, flats will cost $24/delivery but each customer a virtual “punch card” where for every six containers you return, you'll get a free delivery-- cost equivalent to our $24/$20 market discount you're familiar with.
